In winter time we do it with pumpkin

In summer time from organic mango

1 k”g pumpkin or mango 2×2 c”m cubes

3 clove buds

3 anise stars

½ teaspoon cumin

¼ teaspoon curcumin

¼ teaspoon curry powder

A pinch of chili flakes

1 glass of water

Simmer al ingredients in a pot for one hour until mango or pumpkin is soft

Stir from time to time

Let it get cooler

Put in a blender or food processor

Don’t mince it but let it stay relatively chunky
