<p>In winter time we do it with pumpkin</p>
<p>In summer time from organic mango</p>
<p>1 k”g pumpkin or mango 2&#215;2 c”m cubes</p>
<p>3 clove buds</p>
<p>3 anise stars</p>
<p>½ teaspoon cumin</p>
<p>¼ teaspoon curcumin</p>
<p>¼ teaspoon curry powder</p>
<p>A pinch of chili flakes</p>
<p>1 glass of water</p>
<p>Simmer al ingredients in a pot for one hour until mango or pumpkin is soft</p>
<p>Stir from time to time</p>
<p>Let it get cooler</p>
<p>Put in a blender or food processor</p>
<p>Don’t mince it but let it stay relatively chunky</p>

<p><strong> </strong><strong>For 3-6 as an appetizer</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong><strong>Ingredients</strong></p>
<p><strong> </strong>3 spoons olive oil</p>
<p>1 large chopped onion</p>
<p>1red bell pepper chopped</p>
<p>1/2 spicy green pepper chopped</p>
<p>5 large tomatoes, red ripe, peeled and chopped</p>
<p>2 cloves garlic minced</p>
<p>1 spoon sweet paprika</p>
<p>1 spoon tomato paste</p>
<p>1/2 teaspoon ground cumin</p>
<p>1/2 cup hot water</p>
<p>salt &amp; pepper</p>
<p>6 eggs</p>
<p>Heat olive oil in large pan. Add onions and steam on low flame until the onions appear clear, add the red pepper and spicy green pepper fry for 2 minutes.</p>
<p>Add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.</p>
<p>Add garlic, paprika, tomato paste, cumin and fry for another minute.</p>
<p>Add the hot water and cook for 5-10 minutes on low flame.</p>
<p>While stirring add salt and pepper, by using a spoon create 6 craters, break the eggs into each crater and add salt.</p>
<p>Cover the pan and cook till the eggs harden or till you fancy.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>We recommend adding a piece of Halumi cheese grilled with olive oil.</p>
